About this Course

Swimmers will become comfortable jumping into water with and without a lifejacket. They will learn to open their eyes, exhale, and hold their breath underwater. They will work on floats, glides and kicking through the water on their front and back. Cancellations requested 7 days or more prior to the first day of the program qualify for a refund. The refund will be processed for the full amount of the fee paid, minus an administrative charge of 10%. Cancellations requested less than 7 days prior to the first day of the program do not qualify for a refund or credit.
